Doctor Prescribed and Customized Semaglutide or Tirzepatide Weight Management Plans

Semaglutide Plans starting from $300/month for a customized, 5 week, one on one weight management plan and Tirzepatide Plans starting from $300/month for a customized, 4 week, one on one weight management plan.

All Weight Management Plans include weekly one on one consultations with our nurse which consist of a weekly weigh-in to track your body weight and BMI. Each Weight Management plan will start out following the specific FDA recommended dosing schedule for the medication you are receiving, however during each weekly consultation, our nurse will have the opportunity to monitor your results and adjust your weekly dosage up or down based on your bodies tolerance to the medications and your individual results. We have learned that not every person reacts the same to the medications so we feel it necessary to treat each patient as a unique individual so they can get the most out of their weight loss journey and feel their best while losing the weight.
